Congdon's Point is a five bedroom, six and one-half bathroom private home that is surrounded by water, beach and nature preserve. The space Each bedroom features en suite bath with steam shower and Aesop amenities. The kitchen, complete with exposed hardwood beams and handcrafted finishes, features a Thermador Professional series oven, and is fully equipped with enough equipment, appliances, small wares, and service pieces for just about any cooking or entertaining need. The living room features 24' high ceilings, 10-foot-tall windows, and french doors leading to outdoor living spaces. Outdoor living spaces include an immense wraparound veranda with numerous seating areas, an outside dining table and gas grill, a screened-in patio overlooking the gunite pool and hot tub sauna, and a waterfront lawn leading to the private beach and 100' dock. The Boat Barn houses a billiards table, dart board, and a bar. Guests will not have access to the unfinished garage. Other things to note Tenant will provide a Security Deposit of 20% Tenant will also provide a Utility Deposit, to cover housekeeping and utilities, usually 11%. Once per week housekeeping is required, and will be deducted from the Utility Deposit. Guests who bring their boat, or who invite other guests traveling via boat, and who plan to use our dock, will be required to pay 1,000 per week for our Dock Steward services. Concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee of 1,000 per week. No unauthorized vendors allowed on the premises, even ones booked through the Airbnb Services section. Should there be a breach of this, we reserve the right to cancel without refund immediately and or charge a penalty fee that is twenty times the cost of the unauthorized vendor service.
