The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living room is T-shaped and very open, with gorgeous slate tile running through the main floor living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for larger groups and offers seating for 10+ at a banquet style dining table. The living room has cozy seating and wood burning fireplace, and access to the deck. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor as well, with vaulted ceilings, terrific views, king bed, and en-suite bathroom. The lower level has the other 3 bedrooms and an additional living space. The lower-level living space has a queen sleeper sofa and queen murphy bed for extra bedding. Winter shuttle service is available during the ski season. If guests opt to bring a car, 4WD is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. The Ski Trail Lodge is located under the gondola, only a 100 yard walk to a beginner's ski slope. Shuttle service at this property is provided complimentary to guests of Pioneer Ridge. It is on-call from 7:30am until 10:00am for transportation to/from the ski area. Between 10:00am and 10:30pm the shuttle is available on-call for transportation throughout Steamboat Springs, grocery stores, downtown and the mountain included. PARKING: 2 Car Garage. DOG FRIENDLY HOME: This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.
