Vacation home in Valdobbiadene "Casa su La Riva"

The accommodation is located on a hill in Ron di Valdobbiadene, in an excellent sunny and panoramic position surrounded by vineyards and woods, with beautiful views of the valley and just a 5-minute drive from the central square (1.5 km). It is a very quiet place and enjoys a large outdoor space with green areas, relaxation areas and panoramic terraces for outdoor dining. The surrounding vineyard is organically grown. The space The house belonged to my grandparents and has enormous sentimental value for me, even more so today because I worked there for a long time to renovate it, putting in a lot of passion and effort. I consider it a place full of positive energy and I hope my guests will enjoy it too. My apartment is on the upper floor and consists of a large and bright living area with direct access from the terrace to the west near the parking lot or from the entrance from the garden on the north side. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, five-burner stove, oven and is very well equipped with all the dishes and utensils that can serve. There's also a small breakfast table. In the living room, there is a large dining table for six/eight people, a comfortable corner sofa with peninsula and a sideboard with a 32-inch TV. There are two double bedrooms, one facing the valley and one overlooking the woods, both with closets and dressers. Then there is another bedroom where I have stored various things that can be used in the house (drying rack, ironing board, etc.). The bathroom has a shower stall and a washing machine and boiler are in a retractable cabinet. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days, although generally in the summer there is a fantastic climate, ventilated and dry and at night it is cool. For the cold season, there is heating and also a wood-burning stove with a fireplace. Outside there are two beautiful panoramic terraces, both equipped with tables, chairs or benches for outdoor dining, and in the garden there are sun loungers and an umbrella to enjoy the sun in relaxation. Guest access The accommodation and surrounding outdoor spaces (terraces, garden, parking) are located on the upper floor of the house and are at the complete and exclusive disposal of my guests. Access is from the lower courtyard, where my sister's accommodation is also a tourist destination Other things to note The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, bath and bed linens and cleaning products.
