This place is perfect for groups, companies or associations, family stays (with kids), and friends reunions. Easily accessible by the A19 and A10, 100 km from Paris and Chambord and 1.5 hours from Disneyland and Beauval Zoo, 5 minutes from the Orléans forest and 25 km from the Loire Valley. The space The "Grand Gîte de la Ferme des Près" includes the rental of 3 cottages: "Blés d'Amandine", "Ecuries de Capucine" and "Tournesols de Chloé". You then enjoy more than 400 m² of living space, leaving everyone a comfortable space where young and old can easily find their place. You have 3 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and 8 bedrooms offering Sleeps 15 (2 single beds (90 x 200) or 1 queen size bed (180 x 200) per room). You can all eat in the large living room of the "Écuries de Capucine" or in the winter garden (communicating part between the Blés and the Ecuries).
