The pool maintenance services are included in all values. • The house and pool are delivered clean on the day of arrival. The pool will be treated day in and day out with the exception of rainy days where there will be no maintenance. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only in the various external areas in the house. * Guest interaction - Owned or homemade always present both to quickly resolve any eventuality and to socialize, give tips about the city and make the accommodation more relaxed and enjoyable. The housekeeper lives and works in the house/annex in the back of the garden viewed in the photos. *PETS: Unfortunately, we do not accept animal rentals just for the sake of stress and or incompatibility!! We have the Pets Presence on the property that are in the care of the homemade. Our Pets are very docile, they love children, love the elderly, are super calm, sociable and do not bother during the rental. Kennel/Gatil is very comfortable and designed to meet all the needs of our furry friends when the house is Rented!
