Welcome to your ultra private, beach escape suite in USA Today's 2018 pick for"Best Historic Small Town"in the U.S! Private entrance & bath, & a block frm Sunset Beach Park, a lovely swimming/boating/kite boarding/picnicking park,directly on the Gulf of Mexico!This unit,a former mother-in-law suite, in an 80's home, is in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood. Bedroom can sleep up to 5,depending on situation; just ask! Driveway or strt parking available,w/private walkway&entrance to suite. The space This suite although attached to the main house, is completely separate and private, with its own private entrance on the side of the home, and is well insulated from noise going on both inside & out. We are as concerned about your health as our own; we had UVC installed in our new HVAC system, which is deemed to kill c-19, mold, bacteria, etc- in the air, and on surfaces. We recommend that you still follow health safety guidelines, however, so we provide sanitizer, wipes and masks for you, in your space. We also added a whole home water filtration system, (Aquasana) which includes a water softener, and filters out 99% of contaminants, so you can fill your water bottles straight out of our faucet! (For instant ice cold water filtration: use the system on the bathroom counter!) **Plz excuse our "dust": our neighborhood was hit by, and greatly impacted by both hurricanes Helene & Milton, and we are in process of rehabbing our lawn as a result. We thank you in advance for your understanding! Guest access You have the whole suite to yourself, with private entrance. There is Roku on your t.v. (Please pardon our "natural landscaping" at present! We're still recovering from the ravages of hurricanes Helene & Milton, who swept thru here, back to back-). Other things to note FEEL GOOD about choosing us! We DONATE a portion of all stays to local nonprofit EQUUSOLUTIONS, a charity that utilizes rescue horses at nonprofit barns to treat trauma survivors, their families, & the therapists that treat them, to promote resiliency for all! //Sunset Beach Park is a block from our house. Howard Park (white sand beach, woods with nature trails, picnic tables & pavillions) 4 min drive from here (also walking distance-). Sponge Docks: Greek restaurants and shopping= 5 min drive. Downtown Tarpon Springs (Tarpon Ave): antiques + shopping and restaurants/bars/breweries, bike/paddleboard/kayak rentals 4 min drive, and 1st friday of every month starting at 4p is "1st friday" FREE celebration in downtown Tarpon Springs with live music, unique vendors, food trucks, with stores/restaurants/breweries staying open later for your browsing/shopping/dining pleasure! We are also easy access to Pinelllas trail, which traverses our entire county. Clearwater Beach, a beautiful, pristine beach, with luxury resorts; an international travel destination, was consistently rated #1 "top beach" in the U.S., is 39 mins away via auto (in lite-moderate traffic). **we have a "lost & found" for prior guests/yoga experience attendees; just let us know if you've lost something on your visit: we may have it for you, safe & sound! : ) Up for more adventurous activity? Empower Adventures, in Oldsmar, (approx 30 mins away), offers ziplining adventure trails, combined with ropes course types of activities. Exhilirating!
