Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located 10 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 30 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $6 dollar Uber. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet hidden House. TPT-21154224 The space Welcome to our cozy home! The large living room/dining area is perfect for your party to enjoy each other or watch an evening movie. The sectional sofa is oversize and can accommodate you all comfortably. The fireplace is gas/electric and easily operated via a simple remote control. Above the fireplace is a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is newly renovated with hardwood floors and granite countertops. It is stocked with everything you need to cook that quiet meal at home, and has a 4 person breakfast area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and 55" wall mounted smart TV. Two of the three bedrooms has private attached restrooms. If you enjoy grilling out, a propane BBQ and dining furniture are provided in the large back yard. You will love this homey house! we would be thrilled to have you! Guest access You’ll have complete access to the entire property and all of it amenities! Other things to note We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.
