Other things to note Location: Our home is located down a quaint dirt beach road lined with other homes. No 4x4 is needed for access. Outdoor Amenities: You'll have exclusive access to the entire front yard, including the pool, outdoor BBQ and dining area, and carport parking. Water: The home’s water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system with a dedicated drinking water faucet on the right side of the kitchen sink for your convenience. Showers: Our showers are warm and heated electrically at the head, which is common in Costa Rica but may be unfamiliar to some guests. Environment: Given the tropical setting, you may occasionally see bugs despite our regular, environmentally friendly pesticide treatments. Climate: Esterillos Oeste enjoys warm weather year-round, typically between 80-90°F, making it a favorite for surfers and beachgoers. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, while fans cool the common areas. The pool is perfect for cooling off and is illuminated for night swimming.
