Located in a property of 2200 square meters, in the beautiful community called Lagos del Coyol. Very close to the communities of La Garita and Athens. The house is on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Room for 8 people. The gardens are beautiful, the ranch area provides the perfect space to relax and spend a calm afternoon and enjoy with family or friends. It features a beautiful ranch, pool and a mini artificial turf soccer field. Check out the photo library and appreciate why we fell in love with Villa Soledad. The kitchen is equipped, so you can prepare your favorite meals. It has a stainless steel fridge. It also has a breakfast bar and we have a table for 6 people. The house features high speed Internet, which allows guests to keep in touch with their families or do certain work tasks while enjoying their vacation. It also has satellite TV, with many entertainment channels, and two TV sets available. The bedrooms are comfortable and one has a double bed and the others have full-sized beds. We also have a sofa bed available that can be used if needed. How about barbecuing on the gas grill in the ranch area? We have a gas grill available, where you can prepare your favorite grilled dishes. Don't miss out on the pool where you can spend great moments and sunbathe. The sun is glorious in this region of La Garita. The La Garita area is ideally located, close to all the wonders Costa Rica has to offer, including tropical forests, waterfalls, volcanoes, the Pacific Ocean, butterfly farms, coffee plantations, and more. It is a safe area with many restaurants that offer local Tico prices. It is also very close to the Athens area, which has been named by National Geographic as having the best climate in the world.
