The space Ideal property for families, close to downtown Itaipava (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, UPA... House with CAPACITY OF UP TO 11 PEOPLE ( including children) very well integrated with game room, gourmet area and garden ( Access all plan / No stairs ). A total of 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite (all with a double trundle bed + HR gel Ortobom pillow top), and 1 bedroom has a single bed. All 5 bedrooms have a 32" Smart TV. We also have one in the barbecue area (43" TV) and in the game room (55" Smart TV). All TVs have 500 channels (including futebol Première with all the championships, BBB live, Combate, adult channels, several series, Globo Play, among others). The rooms are well ventilated, all have hand-held fans and closets with hangers, the kitchen is fully equipped (we have a mineral water filter), 3 bathrooms with showers (gas heater) and hairdryers in each, access from inside the house to the games room with a dining table for 6, sofa bed, fan, mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, (official pool table, Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, mineral water filter, and fondue pot. We have a diarist (Full-handed cook , serves your coffee , brings your bread in the morning and assists in general services). Direct payment with her ( combine amounts, daily rates, availability and meals ). We have contact for deliveries at the residence ( Ice , Drinks , Coal , Meat, Pizzas , Sandwiches …) THE GUEST MUST BRING BED LINEN AND TOWELS (COMPLETE SET OF SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS). WE PROVIDE BEDSPREADS, PILLOWS, DUVETS AND BLANKETS FOR EVERYONE. WE PROVIDE FIREWOOD FOR THE FIREPLACE ON COLD DAYS!!! No Guest access The house also has Wi-Fi (800 Mbps), a trampoline, a dollhouse, and a slide for children. Outside, there is a dining table with seats 6, a swimming pool (not heated), a fire pit (outdoor fireplace), a hammock area, a restroom, a barbecue with a countertop and sink (cutting boards, 100% stainless steel grills, skewers, and 99% alcohol), a cooler for your drinks, an industrial stove (4 burners + oven), a dry sauna with eucalyptus essence, a shower, 3 sun loungers with parasols, a fenced deck with 2 tables with 6 chairs each and 8 extra chairs, pool noodles, and a 43-inch TV (come watch your favorite team play!), a lamp with built-in sound (via Bluetooth), and a fully fenced garden (bring your pet, small breeds up to 2). We have contacts for ATV tours located in Secretário (another neighborhood); please schedule in advance and check availability. (Quad explorer) Other things to note Full kitchen with mineral water filter, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, coffee maker, electric juice squeezer, sandwich maker, blender, mixer, toaster, mini oven, aluminum and stainless steel pots and pans, 2 pressure cookers, baking trays, Pyrex, cutlery, glasses, tulip glasses, wine glasses and all the necessary utensils for your stay. The house has a total of 2 stoves , 2 refrigerators and 2 airfryer . (Indoor and outdoor kitchen plus a mini bar). We provide an iron, ironing board, dishcloths, broom, dustpan, garbage bag, floor cloth and 2 clotheslines. WE HAVE NO WASHING MACHINE . The whole house is 110v and we have emergency lamps and candles (lack of light). The property has fire extinguishers .
