The villa went through an $85,000 dollar renovation in Sep of 2016 and there is no villa that compares with this one. 1402 is the closest & highest 2 bedroom villa in all of La Estancia to the ocean. The space There is a large swimming pool, 5 hot tubs, exercise facility, sauna, steam room, spa, tennis courts, restaurants and a grocery store. This Unit is the closest and highest 2 bedroom to the ocean. The property location is ideal for an uninhibited stroll on the beach and also is with in walking distance to downtown and the marina. It is referred to as a 'Home by the Sea'. A Private Housekeeper I employ will clean at no extra charge every other day. If you desire every day cleaning a small charge $25 will be per extra day. My villa, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, brand new GE front load washer and dryer, (in english, detergent & softener provided by me) private upgraded shower & hand towels, 600 thread count satin sheets only used on my villas beds, Gel and memory foam mattress beds in both rooms, amazing master Grohe (Club Master) shower head, 50" Led flat screen TV in both bedrooms, 55" curved Led flat screen TV in the living room, Netflix already activated on all Tv's, WIFI and Vonage phone for free calls to the US. No Villa can compare! Guest access Guests will need to check in to the front lobby. A confirmation number will be provided after booking. That number will be used to check in. Other things to note There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ on the patio. With Walmart and Costco 3 min away stock your pantry and your fridge or have the concierge that comes with the unit do it for you before you arrive.
