A modern and cozy place in one of the most luxurious locations in all of Guanacaste: Reserva Conchal Golf and Spa Resort. This custom-designed oasis has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an amazing pool, spectacular architecture in each room and a lot space to entertain with family or friends. Four seater golf cart for use in the resort is included at no charge. The space Three separate buildings seemingly float on the central swimming pool featuring a beautiful crying-wall water sculpture that sparkles by day and adds the sound of gently falling water by night: The first two buildings are master bedroom suites complete with feature ceilings, outdoor showers, top quality beds and linens. Remote controlled roller blinds provide privacy on demand in each of the bedrooms and on the golf course side of the main living area. The third building is divided into two spaces that include the queen size bedroom/bathroom on one side and the main living area on the other with state of the art, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with its hand-crafted wooden barrel ceiling and glorious views to the golf course and hills beyond as well as the internal courtyard. Come night fall, the pool lighting and carefully planned indirect lighting features throughout the villa create a very unique and relaxing environment. The villa is well-equipped with high-speed wifi, cable TV, smart TV's and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including state-of-the art induction cook top. Guest access Guests have access to all of the homeowner amenities at the resort. Free shuttle service on demand to take you anywhere within the resort. Access to Catalinas, the magnificent 55,000 square foot Private Beach Club featuring fine dining and casual restaurants with service on the beach and poolside, an 80-meter oceanfront swimming pool, a state-of the art fitness facility, separate children's pool, hot tubs, a full service spa, beauty salon, a 24-hour medical center and business center and a variety of activities such as jet skis, wake-boarding, kayaks, stand-up paddle, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles, fishing and diving trips. Free use of lounge chairs poolside and on the beach. Other things to note To keep the villa in top condition, weekly service is ongoing. Please assist us with providing access to our Spanish speaking team of caring and trusted professionals. Monday mornings. Gardener outside starts 8:00 a.m. After 10:00 a.m. the gardener may request access for brief interior garden and outdoor shower gardens maintenance. Monday and Thursday Afternoon. Pool Cleaning. The pool technician will enter without an appointment or notice. They enter using their own code for the front door. The villa is not managed by, or affiliated with Reserva Conchal. No cleaning services are included during our rentals. It is possible to purchase additional cleaning services from a third party only in advance of your visit. By renting this villa, the renter agrees to inform the owner immediately of any issues that require repair. Even though we have a robust preventative maintenance schedule, unforeseen problems can arise. For example, if an AC unit starts dripping water, the guest agrees to notify the owner immediately even if they plan to discontinue use of the AC. We will always consult you regarding your wishes to repair while you are at the villa or to wait until you have checked out. Your notice gives us the opportunity to prepare the solution.
