4x4 REQUIRED The casita is in the mountains above Dominical. It’s just 10-12 minutes from Dominical, a well known surfing beach and village. 10 minutes drive from Playa Linda. This is a private, gated property. It’s tucked away from main road and village noise. You can hear the sound of the ocean, though the casita is near, there is no ocean view from the house, just pure jungle, hummingbirds, morpho butterflies, toucans and occasionally sloths and monkeys. The space We have backups for Water, Electricity and WiFi. We use cable and Starlink. We have solar panels and ICE. Colibrí has a fully functional kitchen, a large bedroom, a large bathroom with a simple washer, plus a beautiful outdoor shower. The kitchen opens to a sitting room with a TV, and a reclining sofa and large reclining chair. The house is surrounded by decks, with an outdoor eating area and there is a grill out back. There are fans in every room. AC in the bedroom. Guest access The casita is very private. Our caretaker is available if you would like a guide to visit the creeks and jungle around the property. Other things to note The mountain roads are part of the experience. YOU WILL NEED A 4x4 VEHICLE.
