The complex consists of 2 beautiful pools. Also has a Gym, Tennis courts, Basketball court, Volleyball court and 2 Playgrounds. Each year there is a celebration in Loíza where people parade around wearing Máscaras de Vejigante. Máscaras de Vejigante are a type of mask made in Loíza. They are made of coconut, and painted in multiple colors. Loíza is known as "La Capital de la Tradición"- "The Capital of Traditions"- for its "bomba" music, traditional Taíno and African dishes, artisanry, and distinct culture. Getting around A vehicle is necessary to get to nearby Stores and restaurants. Other things to note Please be aware that the apartment complex is within a traditional Puerto Rican neighborhood.
