Walk 1000 steps down a tree-lined path and you will reach picturesque Playitas beach. The rental home comprises 7400 square feet inside and out. Split over two levels, the interior is fully air-conditioned with an ample lounge containing an 80-inch TV and superfast wifi available throughout the building. The 5 bedrooms have a wrap-around balcony and a tv in each room. The 5 bathrooms feature natural, Italian quartz counters and cabinets designed by Binova Milano, imported from Italy. Unique to the villa, is the grand, upstairs kitchen featuring a large, built-in kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and counters crafted out of Caeserstone quartz, designed by INTERIORS of Escazu. The glass doors of the kitchen fully open up onto the large, tiled infinity pool and entertainment area overlooking lush jungle with spectacular views of the ocean. Downstairs, you will find a smaller, well-equipped kitchen. Manuel Antonio boasts one of the country’s finest National Parks, but you will find many things to do around here. The area abounds with jungle-clad beaches and bays, is rich in wildlife and known for adventure activities. Casa Playitas is also just a short walk away from bus services, a pharmacy and ATMs. GETTING TO THE VILLA By Air: We recommend you fly into the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José (SJO). If you want to take a domestic flight to QPX the Quepos Airport (15 minute flight) check for local connections at the same airport. Consider there is a luggage allowance in domestic flights. There are options to book a charter flight, ask your concierge for a quote. From the Quepos Airport we can help you organize a private shuttle to your villa. Private Ground Transportation: Contact us for information on a private shuttle. The driver will meet you at the airport's exit upon your arrival. The drive takes about 2.5 hours straight, but the driver may stop along the way at your convenience for sightseeing, grabbing a bite or grocery shopping. Casa Playitas is a two level home with 5 bedrooms & 5 baths, with room enough for 12 guests. Both levels are accessed through an impressive entrance feature at street level with massive high ceilings opening up to the glassed-in main living room and beyond to the floor-to-ceiling windows revealing the breathtaking ocean view. Entering the main level through the 30 feet high doorway, you walk into an expansive Kitchen, Dinning & Living area surrounded by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to all around, spacious outdoor decks with glass handrails, and 180 degrees view of the ocean, the islands and the jungle & wildlife corridor below. The guests will have the option of keeping the sliding doors open to allow the cool ocean breeze and jungle sounds into the vaulted, extra high ceiling living area; or closing everything into an air conditioned space without losing none of the incredible views. There are two bedrooms on this level. All 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air conditioned. The surrounding decks lead to a large sunning area with a private pool to enjoy the tropical sun and amazing views. The secondary level consists of 3 more bedrooms and a second kitchen/living area, everything surrounded with large decks with glass handrails facing the 180 degrees views.
