The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, backyard and covered patio, as well as luxury inclusions such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, free Wifi, a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HD TV and blu-ray player. All rooms have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. These two rooms can sleep 2 people each, with the beds made up either as 2 single beds or one king bed. The main floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Southern Marsh can accommodate 7 guests comfortably and in some circumstances it may be suitable for 8 people. Guest access The house is equipped with a landline telephone, free Wifi, HD TV with blu-ray player and a good selection of movies on dvd as well as access to Netflix. Appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
