If parents are traveling with minors (under 18 years old) they must be accompanied by the parents, if not, they must have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/stay with the Adult registering. In Spanish: Guests must be of legal age to stay at our property (18 years in Colombia and have a valid ID, such as a passport, ID card, or driver's license). If parents are traveling with minors, they must have a birth certificate specifying their relationship to the minor. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their parents, they must have a notarized letter specifying that they are authorized to travel and take care of the minor or, failing that, the legal document authorizing them as the minor's guardians. No minor is allowed to stay inside the apartment without the supervision of a responsible adult. There are rules like most other condominium complexes.
