House in a 5,000 m² farm with lots of greenery, just 130 km from São Paulo. It accommodates 29 people in 11 rooms, equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and has 5 bathrooms. Social area with dining room, kitchen, TV room and mezzanine (with pool table). Balcony integrated with the barbecue and mezzanine. Heated pool with beach volleyball court and tennis court. Kitchen with two vertical refrigerators, one horizontal, industrial stove and utensils. The space > The TV room is air-conditioned, with cable TV channels, Blu-ray home theater, movies, CDs and games; > Internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the environment through fiber optic cable at a speed of 500Mb; > There is an industrial stove, toaster, ice maker, two vertical refrigerators, one of which has a glass door and a horizontal freezer; > Young children can play in a sandpit; > On the farm there is a canvas slide with irrigation in a sloping grassy area (conscious use of water is expected); > There is also an exclusive space for table tennis and a mezzanine with a pool table; > Flexible check-in and check-out times. Notes: We do not provide bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows) and bath linens, only tablecloths. The assembly of professional sound systems, as well as the hiring of ensembles or bands, is strictly prohibited, out of respect for the neighbors.
