Bright & Sunny 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath condo with Fantastic Mountain Views and a hot tub and newly installed air conditioning unit in every bedroom The space This Pet Friendly condo features a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan with gas fireplace and a half bath on main floor.  Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms and a full bath.  The Master bedroom features great views and has a King size bed, Air Conditioning unit with remote control, a ceiling fan.  The  2nd bedroom has Queen bed, ceiling fan, Air Conditioning unit with remote control and great views. Free WiFi! New air conditioning system has been installed in the living room and bedrooms for your comfort. Parking:  Parking is first come first serve. Shared Hot Tub:   Access to the hot tub is thru front desk.  There are change rooms and washrooms available.  Please note: Maximum of 5 people at once in the hot tub.  Please shower in condo before using hot tub. BBQ & Fire pit:  There is a BBQ and Fire pit area available to you for use at the back of the complex. There is coin operated laundry facility on location in common area for your use. Please note: Please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. There is a pet fee per stay. Also please note The condo has excellent mountain views, recently renovated, new couch, new beds, bright and sunny but is facing the road which is close to the highway so you may hear some road noise. This condo has stairs and is a 5 min drive to Canmore and 15 min drive to Banff. Please treat the space with respect. If there are any problems, please let us know and we will resolve it as soon as we can. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and parking. The condo also boasts free WiFi.
