The villa is quiet with a great view of the coconut trees and will give you a spectacular sunset every night. CASA PALOMA is tastefully decorated, combining refinement and a tropical spirit that invites you to travel. It has 7 suites including 1 with alcove+ 1 bedroom with separate bathroom and a beautiful 18mX2.5 double swimming pool (swimming lane) with infinity and 9mX4 (relaxation pool) The main house is composed of 2 suites (bedroom with queen size bed, four-poster bed, one of the 2 suites "Pedra da Lua" has an adjoining bedroom (alcove) with 2 single beds, each of the suites with a bathroom. And one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined with its bathroom nearby. A TV lounge, gourmet area, kitchen, billiards area, library area with a single bed, and a large lounge overlooking the infinity pool. A wooden bridge spanning the pool will take you to the main kiosk consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, dining room, living room, TV area, and BBQ with bar area. In the garden there are 5 independent suites/ bungalows composed of a sleeping area, with queen size bed, or 2 single beds as requested, a large closet, a bathroom and a terrace with hammock. All suites, rooms and suites/bungalows are equipped with air conditioning and have premium bedding. For your sporting moments, CASA PALOMA offers you a swimming pool of 18mx 2.50m (swimming lane). You won't have an excuse anymore for no laps! and for your moments fun another pool area...relaxation assured! At the end of the pool, you can reach the Zen gazebo for your relaxation, massage and relaxation moments... For your leisure moments, you will have the choice between the boules court (equipped with projectors to play there even in the evening) for a pétanque, a game of billiards or foosball in the Game Kiosk, CASA PALOMA has internet with excellent speed (wifi, fiber optic) as well as Smart/satellite TV (European channels including TV5 World and American), ample parking. Towels (changed every 5 days), sheets changed once a week, pool towels (not to be taken out of the house) are provided as well as a maintenance service of the daily common areas of the house and pool. Casa Paloma is perfectly equipped to accommodate families, groups of friends and holistic stays as well as yoga, meditation etc... A bus stop (beaches) is 50m from the entrance of the house. THE MOST OF CASA PALOMA 1/Our local administrator, William, will welcome you upon arrival at Casa Paloma and will be happy to provide you with all the help you need to organize your activities and outings during your stay: Buggy rides, quad rides, surfing or kite surfing lessons, boat trips, a selection of restaurants, etc. William is French and speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. 2/A couple of caretakers, Selma and Francisco live in a house that we made available to them at the entrance of the property. Selma maintains the common areas and Francisco the garden and the swimming pool unless otherwise instructed by you. Possibility of an extra person to do the dishes and clean the rooms daily and a cook on request (with extra charge). The exit cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This cleaning fee covers laundry (sheets, towels). It does not include washing dishes. If this service has not been contracted, the washing of the dishes remains the responsibility of the tenants 3/WiFi (fiber optic) Internal rules (a detailed on-site copy to be signed at check-in) THE NEIGHBORHOOD Quiet and close to the center of the village of Pipa, shops, restaurants and bars. Grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, etc. 100 m away and a large supermarket nearby. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Taxi from the airport to Pipa (about RS 250/ Rs 300 for 3 or 4 people (about €50). Car not necessary for Pipa, recommended for tours. CASA PALOMA is less than 10 minutes walk from the village center and the "Praia do Centro". For the beautiful beach "Golfinho", on foot according to the tides and for the beautiful "Madeiro, there are shuttles (buses a few meters away from the house). THE PRICE The price shown for the rental is up to 16 people. The capacity of the house is 19 people. Beyond 16 people, a surcharge will be applied per person, per night. For check-in or check-out before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., a supplement of Rs 250 or €40 will be applied and must be paid directly to the person. Sunday: check out between 12:00 and 14:00, a supplement of Rs 300 will be applied. Possibility of late check out (supplement to be determined) THE TIP TO THE STAFF A tip at the end of the stay for the staff will make them very happy. As an indication: Rs 100/ Rs150 for each person in the service is the amount that is generally given for a stay of one week.
