The space ⚠️ Important notice: From January 7th and for approximately six weeks, work will be taking place near Pool in tower 3000. The pool will remain open; however, some noise and dust may be present Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All other four pools in the complex will remain fully open. ☀️ Relax in comfort with an open living area, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. NOTE: lost wristbands have a replacement fee of $100 USD per wristband. Other things to note - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - No outside visitors are allowed. - You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. - Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
