2 bedroom casita VERY close to the beach

Spacious and open two bedroom, two bathroom casita 250 meters from the beach! All you need in one place to enjoy your Costa Rican stay and not have to worry about much other than making sure you have applied enough sunscreen. Each little casita has their own privacy in the front patio area where have dining table for four and a hammock for your afternoon siesta. These casitas are very quiet, covered in a beautiful landscape and a common pool that never gets crowded. The space Our casita is nestled between the estuary and the ocean, providing the area with a lot of local wildlife, birds, iguanas, monkeys and MORE. Our casita has all built in furniture, with comfy cushions, but you will probablty find yourself spending the majority of time on our comfortable patio or in the large pool that is shared between the other 5 casitas. We have a beautiful teak dining room table with seating for four, hammock for your favorite leisure activity, gas BBQ and it looks onto the common pool. Don't worry, the garden is built up to still provide you with private space. Each bedroom is spacious and has a king bed, with almost new pillowtop mattresses. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Kitchen has a brand new cooking range and oven and a large double door fridge. Livingroom has built in furniture, smart TV with cable & high speed internet, some of the fastest in the area. Guest access We are located in a gated community called Palm Beach Estates. We have a few restaurants and a very small "convenience" store located all within walking distance. We have off-street parking, and enough space for all. Keep in mind that the area has night security so that we have added protection of theft. Other things to note These casitas are located on a property that share 5 other casitas. Everyone has a very private space and they are never loud. Perfect place to enjoy nature at a comfortable price.
