Quiet House Policy Casa de Luz is a one-of-a-kind 'quiet' house. We encourage you to relax and take in the sounds of the ocean. At Casa de Luz we ask that there is no music or loud noise during your stay or fines may apply. Additional guest fee This home accommodates a standard number of guests (16 guests), with the option for additional occupancy at an extra fee. For further details, please contact our reservations team. Sleeping arrangement Kindly note that Casa de Luz features dual staircases—one leading to the northern wing (Master Bedroom #3) and the other to the southern wing (Master Bedroom #4). To reach Center Upstairs Bedroom #5 and Center Upstairs Bedroom #6, use Master #3 or Master #4, since these central rooms don't have separate entrances. Additionally, both Master bedrooms can share their bathrooms with the central rooms. *Except on Costa Rican holidays.
