2/2 Guest Cottage with Outdoor Hot Tub

Forest side guest cottage. Perfect for 2 couples and 1-2 kids/teens. On the same acreage as owners’ home, with parking and entrance on opposite side of property. Exclusive use of hot tub in backyard. The space The whole cottage, plus the hot tub until 10pm The cottage is located on the east side of the property, which is next door to our home. Your private front door and parking is on the opposite side of the property as us. There is a second guest cabin out back that remains empty 90% of the year, with occasional friends and family of ours staying for a night or two. No one but you will ever use the hot tub during your stay. 3 Queen size beds (2 bedrooms and 1 hide-a-bed in the living room) comfortably sleep 6. Cottage is ~970 sq. ft. Guest access Hot tub from 7am-10pm. Will only be used by Cottage guests. Other things to note Outside quiet time starts at 10:00 Winter guests may need to move vehicles to accommodate snow removal
