The space Arraial do Cabo is known as the 'Brazilian Caribbean' and also as the 'Atlantic Paradise' due to its blue and transparent waters. The apartment is two blocks from the sea of the beautiful PRAINHA, with blue and calm waters: perfect for children, the elderly, in short, for the whole family. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a queen size bed and 12,000 BTU air-conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In the penthouse area, there is a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, a charming covered wooden pergola with curtains so that you can enjoy the barbecue area more and better, with a lot of privacy. Next door, there is a very charming lounge with ambient lighting, a 2Mx1M wooden bench with many cushions, as well as a hammock, table and chairs. Under the pergola is a beautiful vertical garden. On the lower floor, a comfortable living and dining room with 42" LED TV, Claro TV cable TV and DVD player. Kitchen equipped with all utensils, plus 6-burner stove and large duplex refrigerator. Service area with washing machine and sink, clotheslines, vacuum cleaner and a second refrigerator. In the en-suite, 32" LED TV with cable TV. The 3 bedrooms have great closets. All rooms are very airy and well-lit, with a ceiling fan in all bedrooms and two in the living room, mosquito nets on all windows and a security grid with a key in the living room. Two-story building without an elevator. Two parking spaces in the building itself (one covered and one not). Beach kit with aluminum chairs (and cart/table to transport them) + 2 coolers (one large and one smaller) + umbrella.
