Welcome to Sometimes Creek Cabins in Seward Alaska! We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward (located just off the highway on the way into Seward), nestled among 100 foot tall spruce trees and a few hundred yards from 2 glacier fed creeks. We have several cabins of varying sizes and styles. They are all new, immaculately clean and have full Kitchens, and King or queen size memory foam beds. Just bring your clothes and your food, everything else will be waiting for you at the cabin! The space You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large closet, complete with hangers , an iron and ironing board are available as well. There is also and a USB charging port next to the bed to recharge your electronics at the end of a long day of sightseeing, The living room has a full size leather couch that reclines and has USB ports on both ends. Cabin is best designed and layed out for 2). There is free Wifi, as well as a 50 inch Wifi ready TV, ready for your Amazon, Hulu, Roku or Netflix logins. The cabin is 450 square feet with new appliances, LED lightning, and a hot water on demand system for wonderfully hot showers! The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, including a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, basic cooking utensils. The bath has a stand up shower, dual flush toilet, sink and vanity, along with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair dryer. Outside you will find a common area shared with the Sitka and Kodiak cabins that features a fire pit, picnic table, charcoal grill and horseshoes. The local area is nestled in the Alaskan woods. The cabin is an easy walking distance to remote wooded trails past 100 foot Spruce trees and streams teaming with Salmon. You can walk up glacier fed creeks, spot moose and bear, and watch eagles soar above. We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward, where you will find the historic downtown area, lots of shops in the small boat harbor, restaurants, deep sea fishing, whale watching, glacier viewing and much more. * Our listings state that we are Pet Friendly, but that is for one well behaved pet, unless you've contacted us prior and agreed to more. We generally do not accept more than two pets though. We also charge a one time $75 fee due to the extra cleaning that we need to do to be ready for the next guest that may not be a pet person. $200 charge for undisclosed pets. Pets must be on leash at all times while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. **If the dates you need are not available with this cabin, then please look for our "Kodiak", "Denali", "Attu Island" and "Sitka" cabins as well! They are located in the same area. Guest access Hi! You will have full run of the cabin, as well as the common yard, firepit, horseshoes and walking trails (shared with the other 2 cabins). There is a coin op laundry located across the parking area (approx 100' away). An iron and ironing board is available for shared use as well Other things to note Unfortunately due to past problems the following additional fees apply: * $100 for each additional person that was not listed on the reservation * $75 Pet fee per reservation. No more than 1 pet without prior approval. $200 fee for undisclosed pets * $200 fee for smoking inside the cabin * $400 fee for smoking marijuana inside the cabin (smell is harder to remove) * Parking is for One (1) vehicle.
