It's a place to gather with friends and family and spend your days kayaking, sailing, hiking, and taking scenic drives along the Midcoast. As you step inside this oceanfront home, you'll be immediately drawn to its casual, coastal charm. Exposed brick and richly hued wood enhance the vintage style, while modern touches - such as free WiFi, flatscreen TVs, and Netflix capability - ensure your comfort. The main level has a spacious living room with plush sofas and recliners, a full kitchen with both a breakfast bar and an eat-in dining space, and a fantastic den with a wet bar, a TV sitting area, and a nautical theme that will have you feeling as though you've boarded a ship. Best of all, the living room, the den, and the dining room all open to the front or back deck, where you can grill overlooking the surrounding trees and dine with a view of the ocean. At night, as the washer/dryer takes care of the day's clothes, you'll find that most of the bedrooms have direct deck access as well. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one upstairs. The upstairs bedroom is an expansive suite that runs the length of the house, offering an en suite bathroom and two balconies - one of which overlooks the water. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed of any kind, please. The owners are highly allergic. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
