The Great House - of Marigot Bay

The Great House is part of The Oasis Marigot Villas. This is a beautiful home overlooking the entire Marigot Bay. It's wonderfully located for great views, privacy, and proximity to the beach and restaurants. It accommodates up to 8 people, and can still be affordable for 2. The space A Caribbean-style house overlooking the beautiful Marigot Bay. Enjoy this spacious home with a private pool and truly wonderful views. A large open balcony makes for a great dining spot. There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as a pull-out bed, accommodating up to 8 people. A/C in Bedrooms Only (except mezzanine bedroom & cottage). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. - Private pool & patio - 20-minute walk to the beach at Marigot Bay (or 5-minute drive) Other things to note The first level can only be accessed from the outside by a separate entrance. Bedrooms Upper level: There are 3 bedrooms (3 Queen-Size Beds, 1 double bed) on the upper level. One of the bedrooms (1 double bed) is a mezzanine and it has no a/c. There is a ceiling fan to keep it cool. There is a steep staircase to access it. First level: There is 1 bedroom (1 queen size bed) with a/c. The first level can only be accessed from the outside by a separate entrance. The detached cottage is located on the pool deck. Please let me know prior to your arrival if you will need this bedroom. Note: There is no a/c in this bedroom and guests must use the pool bathroom which has a shower. Laundry may be done by staff only at $12 USD per load. The guest does not have access to the washer/dryer. A/C in 3 bedrooms Only. The mezzanine and cottage bedrooms do not have a/c. Staffing -Gardener 2 Days/Week -Pool cleaning: every Saturday, Wednesday, and on the day of arrival -Housekeeping is available for stays of 6 nights or more, 1 complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is included There is no grocery store located in Marigot Bay, I highly recommend stocking the villa with groceries on arrival. Please ask for more details on this service. The closest grocery store is located in Cul de Sac-Massy (20 min drive away).  We have a strict cancellation policy, so we recommend you get TRIP INSURANCE within a few days of booking to cover the cost if you have to cancel due to illness, etc. It is inexpensive and will give you peace of mind!
