This 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath villa comfortably sleeps 16 (up to 28 combined with adjoining Casa Taman), steps from a white sand beach and some of Costa Rica's most consistent surf. This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive northern part of Santa Teresa, with direct access to the white sand beach and some of the most consistent waves in Costa Rica, making it a surfer's paradise. Casa Lanui is part of North Creek Estate, sharing the property with Casa Taman (4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms). Both houses can be rented separately or together for large groups, accommodating up to 28 guests combined. The expansive living area opens entirely to the pool, deck, and beach, with a fully equipped kitchen and prep kitchen, seating at the kitchen island, and a console-style table for 8-10. The dining area includes an 18 foot long table that seats 20, plus a cozy lounge with a 60 inch television. On the terrace, enjoy the infinity edge pool with shallow hang out areas, surrounded by several lounge chairs for tanning and enjoying your favorite drinks with friends and family. There is also an outdoor space for massage, yoga, and workouts. The spacious area between the house and the beach is naturally shaded by native trees and includes lounge chairs, hammocks, and a dining table for beachfront cocktails and sunset dinners. The white-sand beach in front of North Creek Estate is beautiful. Relax in full privacy in the shade of numerous trees while watching consistent surf or one of the world's most beautiful sunsets. This area is also perfect for events such as weddings and retreats. Bedrooms: • Three primary bedrooms (ocean view): King size bed, full ensuite bathroom, desk area, walk-in closet. One has an outdoor shower. • Primary bedroom 4 (garden view): King size bed, full ensuite bathroom, desk area, walk-in closet. • Two kids' bedrooms: Each with two twin XL bunk beds, full ensuite bathroom, desk, and closet. Comfortable for adults too. • Studio: King size bed, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, fully accessible for guests with disabilities. The coastal road connecting Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen, and Mal País is lined with cafés, restaurants, galleries, and surf shops. Beach and town are within walking distance; a car or ATV rental is recommended for getting around. Getting Here: There's the option of a domestic flight from SJO to one of the nearby airstrips. You can choose between commercial or private flights. Commercial flights land at the Cobano Airport, which is about 35 minutes from the property. If you prefer a private flight, there is another airport located 25 minutes away. Commercial flights have set schedules. For private flights, we’ll be happy to check availability for your dates and share all the options and pricing with you. Sustainability: We minimize our footprint by treating all wastewater on-site, composting kitchen waste, sorting recyclables, washing linens every three days, using eco-sensor A/C and automated lighting, and supporting local beach cleanups and sustainable development groups.
