309 Penthouse Apartment is a gem of a property that is privately owned & professionally managed, located on the West Coast under the umbrella of Beach View Hotel Paynes Bay St. James, Barbados. Even though we are privately owned and managed we still have access to the hotel's amenities, their pools, the restaurant, mini mart and gym. ENSUITE MASTER BEDROOM: Furnished with a modern platform queen size bed (designed and made in Barbados) with other contemporary furnishings, this room has direct balcony access through glass sliding doors. It has its own walking closet and bathroom. BEDROOM 2: Furnished with a modern platform queen size bed with other bright contemporary furnishings. This room has balcony access through glass sliding doors, and fantastic views. It has its own built in closet space and this bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. BEDROOM 3: This room is furnished with two modern platform single beds and other bright contemporary furnishings. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with bedroom 2 and has its own built in closet space. LIVING AREA: Open concept and modern. The living room is bright, comfortable, contemporary and designed for relaxation with a view. It leads to the main balcony for a stunning scenery overlooking the main pool and turquiose Caribbean ocean. There is also a wall mounted flat screen 55' Samsung curved TV with a Sonos sound system for your entertainment needs. Enjoy free cable TV and Netflix too!!! KITCHEN: With high quality granite counter tops and a tiled mosaic back splash, the kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your cooking needs. We love our designer brand red Smeg refrigerator with matching Smeg hood and Smeg coffee maker from Italy. Other top of the line appliances include, Kitchen Aid red blender, coffee grinder and red toaster. Hamilton Beach electrical opener and knife shapener, Hamilton Beach electric digital grill with Mabe microwave. Stainless steel pots and pans, cutting boards, forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls and glassware, cups, oxo brand products and tea cups, fully equipped! There are also the necessary utensils to make that local rum punch or all soothing cocktail! BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms in the unit, one shared between bedroom 2 and 3, the master bedroom is ensuite. AMENITIES: The villa is professionally managed, immaculate, and comes with clean linens, towels, beach towels, mini hand soaps, mini shampoos, mini conditioners and mini shower gels, and everything else you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Also in storage are lightweight, backpacked Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach with you. LOCATION: This condo offers the most amazing views and is just minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on the west coast, the golden coast. MUST DO ACTIVITIES: Local activities include several beaches, catamaran cruise or boat cruise while snorkeling over ship wreck and swimming with turtles. Island tours to the rum refineries and exploring the rugged east coast is a must. For the golfers, there is the beautiful, world famous Sandy Lane course which is less than 5 minutes away, Apes Hill and Royal Westmoreland. We'd also recommend watching the frequent cricket and polo games on the Island. And a trip to the Garrison Savannah to watch the horse racing is certainly something to tick off the list. For restaurants the world famous Cliff restaurant, is just steps away. Keen shoppers should immediately head to 'Limegrove' in Holetown which is less than 8 minutes away and experince the many restaurant there . Lastly, be sure also to take a walk over to the fabulous food and craft market held at Holder's Polo field on Sunday mornings.
