House in a condominium 600 meters from the sea of Sauaçuhy

Casa das Conchas Ipioca is located within the Saucuhy residential complex, and access to the beach is through the condominium, just 600 meters away. The house has an extensive leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and space for hammocks on the ground floor and on the balcony on the first floor. All our rooms have split air and comfortable box beds. Our guests will have pool maintenance service and I, as a host, will be available to help them with any problems in the house! The space Outdoor area with: - Large 21m² swimming pool; - Support area equipped with barbecue, sink and toilet; - Outdoor shower, near the pool; - Large garage with parking for up to 4 cars, 2 of which are covered; - Lawn and plants; - Balcony with tables and chairs, plus space for a hammock; - Service area with washing machine and clotheslines. The house's interior area has two floors: Ground floor: - Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and other kitchen equipment and utensils; - Living room with sofa, TV and dining table for eight people; - Bedroom 1: with two double beds, wardrobe and air-conditioning; - Reversible bathroom (can become an en-suite for bedroom 1); 2nd Floor: - Bedroom 2: with two single beds, a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, TV and wardrobe. - Bedroom 3: with a double bed, a queen-size bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning; - Reversible bathroom with electric shower (can become an en-suite for bedroom 3); - Large balcony with space for two hammocks, table and chairs. Ideal area for resting at any time, well ventilated and L-shaped windows that provide a beautiful view. Other notes: *Pay attention to check-in time (between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. local time) and check-out time (until 12 p.m. local time). *Energy consumption will be charged separately as mentioned in the “house rules.” *We do not rent the house for events. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house, except access to a small room located in the external area where we store the cleaning and maintenance items of the house. Other things to note *On our beach, you can discover the beauty of natural pools at low tide - a quiet and serene retreat to relax and enjoy with the children. *We'll be in touch and available to help you if you need any sightseeing tips. *If you need a cook and cleaning lady, we can refer someone from the area. *If our guest wishes to extend their stay, just let us know.
