The Villa features a Main house with two Master Suites and a Guest Cottage with 2 additional suites plus a third room with kitchenette, sleeper sofa and full bath., providing accommodations for 2 or as many as 12 (our pricing varies by number of rooms used - BASE PRICE IS FOR 4 PEOPLE IN 2 BEDROOOMS - EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IS AN ADDED COST). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private full baths. Each bedroom includes flat screen TVs with Roku, and Ceiling fans. Wonderful mahogany cathedral ceilings doors and paneling throughout, complete the Caribbean experience. The Main House features a recently renovated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and serving/entertaining island, spacious Dining Area and Casual Living Room. Walk from the Living Area onto the spacious deck and relax around your private pool, overlooking the moorings of Great Cruz Bay. The new covered deck accommodates casual dining for 12 as well as a sitting area to escape the afternoon sun or occasional showers. From the Guest House, enjoy great views from the elevated deck or relax in the shaded patios beneath. Plenty of parking with easy turn-around. The gently sloping yard is perfect for families with small children or elderly. Easy 5 min. walk to the Westin for beaches, bars and boat rentals/excursions. Wonderful venue for Family Reunions or Wedding Party accommodations. Guest access Entire villa (Main House and Guest House, as selected depending on number of bedrooms) and grounds. We only rent to one party at a time so partial booking of property is allowed and no one else will be renting remaining rooms. Base Price is for 4 people and 2 bedrooms of the Main House. For each additional 2 people, an additional bedroom is added up to three more bedrooms located in the Guest House (separate space about 20 ft from the Main House). Other things to note Access to St. John is via People ferry or Car ferry from St. Thomas, USVI. People ferries are also available from the BVI.
