This spacious villa offers: Sleeps 8 to 10 guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms: Master Bedroom en-suite: Queen Bed; 40” Flat Screen TV. Stylish earth-color bedding, bedside tables, lamps, and a chest of 12 drawers – all leading out to a sun-drenched balcony. Second Bedroom: Queen Bed. Lush bedding beneath eye-catching contemporary wall art. Third Bedroom: Two twin beds in attractive wooden design. Mirrored closet. The bedding is in classic Caribbean colors. Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental. If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee. This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more. If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $295. For monthly or long-term rentals, guests are responsible for covering the full cost of electricity usage during their stay.
