Here you have full ocean view from all the rooms in our apartment from the 17 floor.. All you can need in a single unit. Fully equipped condo, w/private Beach access, Pools, tennis court, and Parking lot. Security 24/7. Night clubs, markets, bus & taxi stops, restaurants, all amenities within walking distance. Coin laundry at ground level, noy inside the unit. The space We are in a very touristic area well know as Isla Verde. Our apartment is on the main street close to everything by foot and high up on the 17th floor. Master bedroom 1 king bed and 1 futon full size. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, OR we can prepare a king bed upon request. The living room has an extra sofa bed in case you have 6 persons in your party. It may be available for a 7th guest upon request. Every guest after 5 years old pays as an extra guest. There are 5 elevators and security 24/7. We'll give keys to have access to all our areas including the private access to the beach, pools and tennis courts. AC only in bedrooms. Coin laundry inside the premises at ground level, not inside the unit. Guest access Our location facilitates you access to all services and shops. All amenities are whiting walking distance. So you do not really need a car, but if you're planing on traveling to see the other side of the Island, you'll need to get a car. If so, I'll provide parking lot. Our Gym has regulation for short term rentals. Other things to note Be aware of seasonal weather and Hurricane season.
