Welcome to our FANTASTIC, Oceanfront condo at Watergate Villas, Bolongo Bay, St. Thomas. When it comes to your vacation, as they say in real estate, it's location, location, location! As you can see from our pictures, this unit's prime location is just 10 steps from our patio to the pool and just 30 steps to the sand. Take a look at the fabulous view from our unit....you will hear the waves every minute of every day. This is the PERFECT location for your stay in America's tropical paradise. The space This condo is a spacious 1000 sq feet, and it offers a well designed layout with each bedroom/bath suite on its own to promote privacy. This unit has two bedrooms set apart from each other, 2 full bathrooms BOTH fully remodeled in 2024, and a living/dining/kitchen area. New for 2023 we just installed NEW split style AC units in all rooms and brand new sliding doors! These new units are much more effective than the old wall-mounted units and much quieter. You will LOVE the difference! There are also ceiling fans in all major rooms and the living room and master bedroom have large TVs for streaming your favorite programming. Free, very strong WI-FI is available also. This condo is situated with the best location on the property, direct oceanfront, pool level, with a southeast facing patio that is shaded from the afternoon hot sun. We pride ourselves on providing maximum bedroom comforts with quality sheets and very plush mattresses. A great night's sleep leads to a great vacation day. Quality beach towels, snorkel equipment, pool/beach toys for kids, beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers are all provided for your enjoyment and less for you to pack. The condo complex has 24 hour video security and we have a keyless entry door lock so there are no keys to keep track of. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. There are 2 more pools and 2 tennis courts at the adjacent properties that you also have full access to. Our condo complex is easy walking access to THREE great restaurants. Mim's Seaside Bistro is open for dinner and is located on the property. Iggie's Beach Bar, voted the BEST beach bar on St Thomas, is just 100 yards down the beach for appetizers, burgers and other island fare. Iggie's is a blast at night with parties and karaoke or live bands most nights. They also have beach volleyball and lounge chairs right on the sand....you won't want to leave. The Lobster Grill is a great restaurant at the Bolongo Bay Beach Resort just 200 yds down the beach. Very good food and affordable prices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The resort offers a PADI dive shop that offers scuba classes and trips, and spa services all for a fee. The resort also offers catamaran sailing trips on the 53' Heavenly Days. We have sailed on her several times and it's always a blast. Other things to note We have been vacationing in the US Virgin Islands since 1996 and know all the great spots around the island. St Thomas / St John USVI is America's tropical paradise (no passport needed). Before we were owners we were renters just like you and we have been coming here for YEARS. We know all the good restaurants and which ones are rip offs. We know where to get the best price on groceries and which are the best beaches. We know which tours and activities are worth doing and which are tourist traps. We know which days are the best to shop in town to avoid the cruise ship crowds and which stores are the best. We know many "hidden" gems that will make your vacation experience one to remember for a lifetime....and we know you will be coming back to stay with us again soon.
