From this quiet location, you will be a short walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, Comox Harbour, Goose Spit and forested trails. This location will not disappoint! The space This is a fully furnished one bedroom suite, completely separate from the main residence, and equipped with all your kitchen needs (dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, blender etc. Breakfast basics are provided. Have a look in the fridge and pantry to see what awaits! We hope you enjoy the comfort of the pillow-top queen size bed. We know you'll enjoy the heated tile floor in the bathroom, gas fireplace and the quality linens (Duvet cover and shams are freshly washed for each new guest). Arrive using the keyless entry and stay in privacy, or ring the front door bell to meet your hosts, Darcy and Carol. Guest access The entrance to the carriage house is via the vaulted breezeway which separates the main house from the carriage house. There is a flight of stairs with 16 steps into the suite, so please take this into account when booking. A 4 digit code will be provided for you so you can come and go as you like using the personalized keyless entry code. A public walkway to the beach is located beside our neighbour's house. Other things to note We LOVE kayaking across the bay to the tip of Goose Spit which is referred to locally as, "Little Mexico!" If you like to look at beach front properties, paddle or walk along the shore and check out real estate from an ocean perspective! Kayak and paddle board rentals are available nearby.
