Casa de Suenos (House of Dreams) is located on a private hillside overlooking John's Folly, on St. John's quiet and gorgeous south side, near the hamlet of Coral Bay, with lively and affordable restaurants and solid Caribbean charm. A large four-bedroom property with additional guest cottage, Casa de Suenos offers the space for a large family and also the possibility to secure rental of the guest cottage alone as a romantic escape for two. Please refer to "guest access" section before booking. The space Casa de suenos features A/C in the bedrooms to keep you cool in the evenings. The open floor plan in the main living area provides a spacious area for friends and family to relax, socialize and enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea. A separate cottage is available to rent (at an additional cost) which provides extended living quarters for those looking for some privacy from the rest of the home. *The cottage is not rented to other parties when guests are in the main house. Bed Setup: There are private bedrooms at each corner of the home, upstairs and downstairs. Primary bedroom (upstairs): King Bed 2nd bedroom (upstairs): King or twin beds 3rd bedroom (downstairs in front of pool): 2 twins 4th bedroom (downstairs): King or twin beds Cottage: Queen bed Bathrooms: Each bedroom has a private full bath. The main living area of the villa is cooled by tropical breezes. The space features comfortable seating, including a dining table that seats eight and plush living room furniture. The TV's have smart capabilities and also feature cable. The kitchen: Features an island bar, top-of-the-line appliances, spacious counter tops and beautiful cabinetry. The Cottage (located right next to the main house): The guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, A/C in the bedroom, half-bath upstairs, private deck and breathtaking views. A spiral staircase leads down to the bedroom and there's a full bath on the lower floor. The cottage features a queen size bed. If your party has more than 10 people, you can add the following add-ons upon checkout: One twin roll away: $25/night Queen futon: $25/night. There's a queen futon located in the media room, between the two lower bedrooms. If this room is not needed for extra persons during your stay, the room is locked. *When we rent during the holidays, guests are paying a full rate and have access to the whole house. (Dec 22- Jan 8 and President's week) Guest access Please know that rates are adjusted based on the number of bedrooms that are needed. Therefore, if you have 5 guests and need all 5 bedrooms, change your occupancy to "10," otherwise we will only provide you with 3 bedrooms with a 5 person occupancy. The bedrooms that aren't used during your stay are locked. We do not rent out the other bedrooms to guests if you don't book the entire home. If the right information is not given to us at the time of booking, guests run the risk of either not having access to all of the bedrooms or being charged accordingly at time of arrival. Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to Television, Wifi, Satellite/Cable Service, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. as these issues are out of our control. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
