Enjoy the best of both worlds here, with the proximity to the beach and the peace and tranquility of Whitewater The space Whitewater is a 2 bedroom home surround by lush greenery and located a quick 5 minute stroll to world renowned South Chesterman beach. Families, surfers and beachcombers will love the proximity to the beach which is one of the main surfing beaches in Tofino and known for its incredible sunsets. The main living area is homey, featuring modern furniture so you can relax and escape in comfort. Curl up on the sofa with a good book or scroll through options on the Optik TV. When not dining out at one of Tofino's many restaurants, cooking is made easy with the fully-equipped kitchen, new appliances & BBQ in the backyard. From the kitchen, the adjoining dining room is perfect for entertaining and home-cooked family dinners (4-6 guest max). The backyard provides a tranquil setting for some downtime during your holiday. Warm up in the hot tub after a dip in the Pacific or enjoy a glass a wine around the wood fire pit. The backyard is complete with a beautifully landscaped garden with hot tub, BBQ and fire pit which provides the perfect relaxation zone. Enjoy the surf rack and outdoor shower after a day of surfing South Chesterman. Whitewater can sleep up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king bed, a fold down chair (single bed size),TV, and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed. A perfect layout for families with children or a group of close friends. The bathroom is a full bath with a shower and bathtub combo. Just a 5 min walk to Chesterman Beach, Whitewater is the perfect Tofino home base and pets are welcome! Please note: this property is not suitable for 5 adults as the single chair is more suitable for a child. Please note: as per Tofino Bylaw there is a onsite renter who lives in a separate suite attached to the home. You will share a driveway Guest access For ease of use the home has self-check-in so you can arrive at your convenience. The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Other things to note Host Rules: Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age min: must be 25 years or older to book Max Occupancy: 5 guests total including babies and infants. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. Pet Policy: Dog friendly after owner approval. Please let us know about your pet with reservation request. We have a 2 dog max . Sorry no cats allowed! Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws ***Please note: this property is located just off the highway so there may be traffic noise.*** Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbors and locals! Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required 30 days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour.
