Stay safe Finally, our house is fully equipped to provide a safe, clean, and lovely environment for our guests. However, we are NOT equipped to provide accommodations for medical tourism. The space Check in times 3:00pm-8:00pm. Later times can be discussed privately(no extra charge). Check out time 11:00am A recently renovated colonial home. The first home in the Arzopispo Porte that forms part of the historical "Callejon de Regina". Our guests would enjoy the independence of navigating the Zonal Colonial attractions by themselves since all of the attractions are at a short distance. Our home is a hybrid of historical architecture and modern interior. The fabulous skylight brings morning light, brightening the house with natural sun light. The bedrooms are comfortably air conditioned and our kitchen will allow guests to prepare their own home cooked meals if their excursion time will allows it. Bussiness people will enjoy the tranquility that the house offers. Any issues or concerns will be addressed within 24 hours of reporting it. Check in times 3:00pm-8:00pm. Casa de Teatro, la Plaza Espana, el Alcanzar de Colon and the National Cathedral are a few of the many attractions in the area. Restaurants on both la Calle el Conde and el Malecom allow guests to enjoy a delicious Dominican Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house is perfectly located for those who are staying at any resort in the East part of the island such as Punta Cana and Bavaro and who want to try something less prescribed, spending a night and enjoying the extravaganzas that Santo Domingo City offers. This can make your trip a memorable experience. Public transport: - Taxi stations - 25 minutes from the Aeropuerto Internacional de Las Americas(SDQ) - Bus stop 100 meters on Avenida España - Bavaro Express and Metro if traveling from the East Coast -Caribe Tour if traveling from the North -The hot water switch is located on the right hand side entrance to the master bedroom. - We ensure full functionality of the house at the check in, however emergencies do take place. Please know that any water pressure, electricity and/or propane gas issues wil be addressed within 24 hours. We are located in the heart of La Zona Colonial surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, museums and other historical attractions in the area. We are only three minutes away from the fresh breeze of the Caribbean Sea in the City's Malecon. -Many of the grocery stores/Colmados will deliver. Numbers are plastered on the refrigerator! -After a five nights stay, a complementary cleaning service will be provided based on the guest schedule. For any additional cleaning service, a US$ 12.00 fee or the equivalent in RD$, can be paid at the time of the service to the cleaning person. Please know that this is not the Host fee but the person who provides that service to you. Guest access -Metro, taxi and public parking. Other things to note For any additonal cleaning requests, US$ 12.00 per day, can be paid to the person who will be doing the cleaning. This money is to be paid the day of the service crew.
