Private Waterfront Luxury w/Hot Tub & Barrel Sauna

Modern relaxed lake front home with floor to ceiling windows giving you amazing waterfront views. Open bright layout with wood burning stove in the living room to warm up on chilly evenings. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite washroom. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a main washroom with bathtub and shower. High speed fiber optic internet is available. The space Huge deck with outdoor eating area and outdoor sofas and chairs to relax and watch the most memorable sunsets you will ever see. Firepit (my kids built it!) with camp fire sticks available for roasting marshmallows and smores. Hot tub for four on a deck at the back yard overlooking the Bras D'Or Lake. Barrel sauna on the pathway to the lake to warm up after swimming or kayaking Lots of privacy as neighbors are over 500 ft away. Please do not bring salt water from the lake in the sauna. Use only water from the house. Please do not bring glassware to the hot tub area. We have plastic patio dishes and cups for outdoor use. Please do not bring electrical devices to the hot tub area as you will risk electrocution. We do have a security system at the cottage with one camera facing the driveway. The driveway camera helps us to secure our property between reservations when the home is vacant and is in no way to invade our guests privacy. Guest access The property is approximately 6 acres and registered guests have private use of the property during their stay as well as use of the private path to the the lake. You are welcome to use our kayaks at your own risk. Please put them on the kayak rack after use to prevent the kayaks from being washed out with the waves. The paddles and life jackets are in the shed. The kayaks are put out usually in June until October with weather permitting. The Bras D'Or lake usually takes 2 days to settle after strong winds or other weather conditions. Other things to note Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks.
