Brand new in 2021 - Nautical Themed cabin with vaulted ceiling in main part of cabin. Bedroom and additional loft above bedroom in rear, with Bath and Kitchen in the front of the cabin. Living room has a comfortable couch, 50 inch TV and Wifi. You have the entire cabin to yourself. Sleeps 4 in two queen size beds (one queen bed is up a ladder in the loft), there is possibility of a 5th (child) on the couch (with approval). Full size kitchen and bath, with a 50” Wifi ready TV in the living room. Virtually everything you need is provided. Beds will be freshly made and ready to climb into, the kitchen will have all the pots, pans and utensils needed for cooking, as well as a fridge, microwave and gas stove. The bath is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, even toothpaste and toothbrushes! There is a common yard area with horseshoes, a fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table, that is shared with the other cabins. You will have the run of your cabin, the common area outside with firepit, horseshoes and picnic tables are shared with the other cabins. There is a guest laundry with brand new coin-op washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron to borrow. We live on the property, so we are generally around, and always available by phone or text. We are in a rural neighborhood, and there is a 4-plex on the property as well, but everyone has their own areas, and no interaction, unless you wanted to. There are lots of great trails in the local area, as well as Exit Glacier, Glacier boat trips, or fishing trips, and the town of Seward is only 5 minutes away. You will need a car or taxi to get here, as we are 5 minutes north of Seward just off the Seward Highway. We ask that you remove shoes when entering the cabins, if possible. No smoking inside the cabins. *For pet owners* We do allow one pet if disclosed with the reservation, an additional pet may be allowed on approval of type and size. There is a $75 pet fee. There is a $200 fee for animals not disclosed. Pets must be on leash at all times while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or on bedding if you know they shed. We have non-pet guests that stay with us as well, and have to ensure all pet hair is removed between guests. No animals, babies, or anyone not able to safely use the ladder are allowed in the upstairs loft sleeping area.
