The Attu Island Cabin - Nautical theme

The Attu Island Cabin is a Nautical Themed cabin with vaulted ceiling in the main part of cabin. Bedroom and additional loft above bedroom in rear, with Bath and Kitchen in the front of the cabin. Living room has a comfortable couch, 50 inch TV and Wifi. The space You have the entire cabin to yourself. Sleeps 4 people in two queen size beds (one queen bed is up a ladder in the loft). Full size kitchen and bath, with a 50” Wifi ready TV in the living room. Virtually everything you need is provided. Beds will be freshly made and ready to climb into, the kitchen will have all the pots, pans and utensils needed for cooking, as well as a fridge, microwave and gas stove. The bath is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, even toothpaste and toothbrushes! The local area is nestled in the Alaskan woods. The cabin is an easy walking distance to remote wooded trails past 100 foot Spruce trees and streams teaming with Salmon. You can walk up glacier fed creeks, spot moose and bear, and watch eagles soar above. We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward, where you will find the historic downtown area, lots of shops in the small boat harbor, restaurants, deep sea fishing, whale watching, glacier viewing and much more. * Our listings state that we are Pet Friendly, but that is for one well behaved pet (on approval), unless you've contacted us prior and agreed to more. We generally do not accept more than two pets though. We also charge a one time $75 fee due to the extra cleaning that we need to do to be ready for the next guest that may not be a pet person. $200 charge for undisclosed pets. Pets must be on leash at all times, they can not be left alone, they can not bark or howl or be a nuisance while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. ** Only 2 people allowed without prior approval. $100 per night fee for undisclosed guests. *** If the dates you need are not available with this cabin, then please look for our "Kodiak", "Denali", ""Attu Island" and "Bristol Bay" cabins as well!! They are located in the same area. Guest access You will have the run of your cabin, the common area outside with firepit, horseshoes and picnic tables are shared with the other cabins. There is a guest laundry with brand new coin-op washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron to borrow. Other things to note We ask that you remove shoes when entering the cabins, if possible. No smoking inside the cabins. *For pet owners* We do allow one pet if disclosed with the reservation, an additional pet may be allowed on approval of type and size. There is a $75 pet fee. There is a $200 fee for animals not disclosed. Pets must be on leash at all times while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or on bedding if you know they shed. We have non-pet guests that stay with us as well, and have to ensure all pet hair is removed between guests. No animals, babies, or anyone not able to safely use the ladder are allowed in the upstairs loft sleeping area.
