The space Situated on 2.2 acres overlooking Smelt Bay, the house comes complete with a heated 18' x 35' swimming pool. The decks and patios leading from every door are safe-guarded for the protection of small children. Relax around the pool or pick sand dollars, dig clams, gather oysters, go fishing, or just sunbathe on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Smelt Bay and Hague Lake. The area is known for its magnificent sunsets. The front of the house has a spacious courtyard with kiwi trees, hanging wisteria vines, and a fountain - a great shaded dining area when the sun is at its peak.
