Ocean View Villa, is a 6,000 sqft luxury Villa, with 8 bedrooms and 7 baths. Ocean villa, is a very large villa, with five units accessible internally or through separate entrances. The villa can be rented as a single villa rental or individual units. Perfect for large families and groups of friends. There are some kitchenettes in some of the rooms. It also has a resort size pool with great views with a massive patio around three sides of the building. The space Ocean View Villa, is a 6,000 sqft Villa, with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, sleeps up to 18 people in beds. 7 king bedrooms and 1 bunk bed room (Listed as singles due to Airbnb software limitations) Six bedrooms have en-suites. Two bedrooms share a bath room. Seven bedrooms have king beds. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well equipped with rain showers. three of the bedrooms also have kitchenette's complete with sink, fridge, microwave. This setup is absolutely perfect for large groups of friends or large extended family gatherings. The Villa, it's patio's and property are large and sweeping providing lots of privacy for all 18 guests. You can rent the entire villa or we can offer as many bedrooms as needed. Rates/number of bedrooms offered will depend on number of people in group inquiring. Air Conditioning/Electricity/Water is billed based on usage. (Paid in cash upon check out) (If you use the AC in every bedroom from 9pm-9am at or around 23 degrees, you will have an electrical bill of around $300- $400 per villa)AC is in the bedrooms. We offer a $400 allowance for utilities. Electricity and water is metered and will be billed after using $400 allowance. Please conserve. The property is located on the highest point in the high end gated community of Leeward on the far East side of Island of Providenciales. The gated community of Leeward is well know as the premium villa rental location in all of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa has sweeping 220 degree views of the ocean and the Islands to the East, very stunning views day and night. Due to the it's elevated position the large open villa is kept very comfortable by the ocean breezes. The pool (once the largest on Island) is also elevated and has the same views of the ocean and Islands to the East. At night the pool lights up with coloured LED lights that create a stunning glow about the massive pool patio and building. Perfect for social gatherings. One of the best aspects of Ocean View Villa is it's central location in relation to all the best beaches and activities in Provo Turks and Caicos. It's 1.6 miles to the best (and most private) part of Grace Bay, Pelican Beach. and Sunset Beach. 12 mile long Grace Bay was voted the Best beach in the world by TripAdvisor users in 2016. The Best part of Grace Bay is Pelican Beach. Pelican Beach was chosen as the location of the 2016 Sport Illustrated Swimsuit addition photo-shoot. It's only 1.1 miles to Long Bay beach, which is quickly becoming the kite surfing capital of the Caribbean. It also has what are considered the best conditions in the world for learning to kite surf. It's also 1.1 miles to Blue Haven beach with outdoor bars, volleyball courts, horse shoes or chess on the beach, two top restaurants and a market. For those who are adventurous the fairy boat to North and Middle Caicos is only .3 miles away. If you want to see the Caribbean at it's raw, totally unspoiled, deserted beach, best, rent a jeep and spend a day on North and Middle Caicos, you will feel like you've step back to the Caribbean of 40 years ago. All the best adventure tour boating is 1.1 miles away at Blue Haven Marina. Boat tours, snorkel tours, party boats, nature kayaking or boarding, waterskiing or wake boarding, scuba diving, jet ski rental, fly boarding, and sport fishing. The top restaurants are only a five minute drive from Ocean Villa. Bottom line the location is near perfect in the gated community of Leeward.
