The main bath, including a shower and tub. Upstairs you will find a half bath and bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full size bed. Each bed has separate sleeping areas with a shared wall that can be closed with a folding wooden door for added privacy. Making it feel more like a 2 bedroom. Nestled right along the beautiful Chena River, enjoy boating, fishing, and kayaking right out your back door! The North Pole/Fairbanks area offers endless opportunities for your Alaskan adventures!! Winter guests can take a short drive into North Pole and visit "Santa Claus House" and his reindeer. Or head into downtown Fairbanks to the "World Ice Art Championships" to witness one of the most magical events on the planet! For an unforgettable dog-sledding adventure, drive less than 5 minutes over to "Paws for Adventure"....or for the more adventurous, take a drive up to Chena Hot Springs for a relaxing soak! Chinook Cabin offers a unique opportunity for our winter visitors to catch a glance of the celestial color spectacular from your bedroom balcony if Lady Aurora decides to make her appearance!! Summer guests will enjoy a drive to North Pole and Santa Claus House too!! You just can't make this trip without a visit to Santa!! While in North Pole, stop by The Crepery for a bite to eat or take a stroll down one of the many walking/bike paths at Chena Lake Recreation Area.
