Windridge features incredible views, a hot tub and outdoor garden shower. The home is nestled on a ridge overlooking Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, East End of St John and the tiny island of Leduc. The luscious tropical garden is set out on a brick patio, furnished with a dining area, hot tub and gas powered BBQ grill. The home is located just a mile and a half from Coral Bay, where you can provision, explore beaches and experience local dining. The space Enjoy the spacious and breezy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for dining at home, on site washer & dryer and all the necessities you need for your home to feel comfortable and connected. Layout: The upper portion of the home consists of the primary bedroom (Queen bed), primary kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, outdoor shower, open deck and garden patio with a hot tub. The lower portion of the home is the 2nd bedroom, which has a small living space with couch and tv, bathroom w/ semi-private shower (see pictures), kitchenette and covered patio. This bedroom can have either a king or twin beds. If you only have two guest in your group and you haven't paid for the whole house, the lower portion of the home will be locked. We do not rent it separately. Please note that there is a/c in the bedrooms only and not throughout the home. Guest access Please know that rates are adjusted based on number of guests and bedrooms used. Therefore, if you have 2 guests, but want to both bedrooms, change your occupancy to "4," otherwise we will only provide you with 1 bedroom with a 2 person occupancy. The bedroom that isn't used during your stay is locked. We do not rent out the 2nd bedroom to other guests if you don't book the entire home. If the right information is not given to us at the time of booking guests run the risk of either not having access to all of the bedrooms or being charged accordingly at time of arrival. Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to the hot tub, television, wifi, satellite/cable service, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Air Conditioning or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
