Grand 32 is in Island Pines Villas complex on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Renovated with modern kitchen, baths and furnishings. There are 2 covered porches to enjoy the outdoors. The upstairs loft has been enclosed for privacy(no windows) and has 2 twin beds. We also added a small bathroom with shower upstairs. Please note: Upstairs loft has sloped ceilings. Taller people (5’7” or more) might want to shower in downstairs bathroom. Other units in our complex only have 1 bathroom and an open loft. We consider the loft privacy and extra bathroom as amenities and do not charge extra for the convenience. Downstairs bedroom has king sized bed. Living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. You'll have full access to the apartment and common areas. Including pool, BBQ, beach and patio area. There is a Local Manager to handle any issues you may have during your stay. Island Pines is in the middle of Seven Mile Beach area. Sandiest area of beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and Camana Bay complex (movie theater, shopping, Fosters Grocery etc..) Although there is free parking for our building in the lot of Coral Beach (right next door), you don't really need a car. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Groceries can be delivered, taxis are plentiful, and there is bus service right in front of building. If you are taking a tour most operators offer pick up service in Seven Mile Beach area. Beach chairs on beach in front of unit are rented to tourists during the day. We supply portable beach towels, and beach chairs and an umbrella. In general the apartment is self catering, but we provide many amenities for your convenience and ease of travel in these times. Things we supply: All linens, hand soap, shampoo, hairdryer, dish soap, DVD library, beach toys, books and games. Toilet paper and paper towels is supplied for your arrival convenience only. Things you supply if you desire to use: All food and drinks, paper products, soap for dishwasher and washer, pods for Keurig coffeemaker Cayman has well stocked stores where you can purchase any items you need. Furnishings and amenities might be different than pictured. Replacements will be of equal function and quality.
