Temptress (5 bedrooms/5 baths)

Temptress is designed so that guests have several options. The upstairs level has three bedrooms and three baths, including a spacious master suite, luxurious kitchen/dining area and living room with deck overlooking the water. The second level has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and living room with deck overlooking the water. Each level also has laundry facilities. The space We can also accommodate booking for just Upper Level that sleeps 6 ($2245) per night, $300 Cleaning Fee and $2,300 Security Deposit) or just Lower Level that sleeps 4 ($1285 per night +$250 Cleaning and $1,300 Security Deposit). Both have separate entrances. Please request quote update for these options. Guest access The Property includes pedestrian access to the water from adjoining dock. Boat access or dockage is not permitted without prior written consent or Landlord (Owner). Dock can only accommodate 25’ or less. Long dock (where Temptation is birthed) is not part of the Property. Other things to note With a 5-night stay, Temptress cleaning fee includes 1 mid-week cleaning, however if you would like daily cleaning this needs to be scheduled in advance.
