Casa Patricia is a beautiful luxury villa nestled at the top of secure, gated Lomas de Mismaloya, just south of Puerto Vallarta. This spectacular multilevel estate is located above Mismaloya Beach and consists of 4 luxurious bedroom suites, a separate additional bedroom, and a 'game room' with attached bath and two large futons, 7 bathrooms and a half bath. From every level see nothing but glorious ocean, jungle and mountain views. The house is fully staffed with a chef, server and maid. The villa, just 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, is situated up a cobblestone street, overlooking beautiful Mismaloya Bay and Beach plus the amazing Pacific coastline of the Bay of Banderas. From every level one sees nothing but glorious ocean, jungle and sweeping mountain views. The expansive pool terrace features a Jacuzzi, a swim-up bar in the pool and two palapas that include an additional lounge equipped with entertainment center, bath, bar and barbeque. Within Casa Patricia, guests will find amenities such as satellite TV, pool table and Wi-Fi access throughout the entire villa. The house is fully-staffed with a talented chef, server and housekeeper. They are there to serve your every need and to assist with information regarding the many activities available in the area. Multiple balconies and courtyards throughout the villa provide spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. Marble, granite, wood, wrought iron and cantera stone have been used extensively throughout the estate. Casa Patricia truly embodies the concept of open air living as all rooms open to the spectacular beauty that surrounds the property. For your comfort, every room is equipped with fans and remote controlled air conditioning units. For your safety, all bathrooms are equipped with secure grab bars. Casa Patricia can accommodate up to twelve guests. More than 12 guests per day or night is not recommended and the charge for an additional person is $100USD per person per 24 hours. Children are always welcome as are well behaved SMALL pets. Guests will have full access to the entire villa. From Casa Patricia, 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, Mismaloya and Mismaloya Beach can be reached by a three minute car ride or a ten minute walk downhill. There you will find restaurants, stores, hotels, several places for soothing massages, a zoo and a tequila distillery. You will also be able to book excursions into the jungle, go horseback riding, paddle surfing, kayaking, jet skiing or hire a boat to take you out snorkeling or fishing. Casa Patricia has an enclosed two car garage and plenty of room to park out on the cobblestone street. At the bottom of the hill you will find plenty of public transportation options.
