Ocean Villa is a, luxurious Beachfront Villa with two Beachfront villas situated on large private lot (1.4 acres) with over 280 feet of ocean frontage including your own beautiful beach. From the beach it’s only a short walk (100 feet) in knee high water to one of the best beaches in all of Turks & Caicos, Sapodilla Bay Beach. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds, your own beautiful beach with no one around and still be steps from a larger beach. The space Sapodilla Bay Beach is perfect for Children. The water very inviting, it’s calm, crystal clear and a beautiful Turquois color. Kids can play and snorkel right in front of the villa while parents sit in the water in beach chairs watching. The 2 villas are situated on a point of land between two small bays within the larger Sapodilla Bay. This positioning gives the villa 280 degree views of the Ocean. Both villas and the pool enjoy Westerly ocean views perfectly positioned to capture the sunset. Both villas are perfect for large families and groups of friends who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. The property has two villas. A 6500 sqft main villa with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The main villa is open concept and very spacious. It has a well-equipped kitchen, formal dinning room, large living room, a bar and a lot of indoor and outdoor patio space. The guest villa adds two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; a large separate living area; kitchen and bar and large pool with poolside gazebo. The additional villa can be rented separately or together with the main house. With 2 separate buildings and over 8,000 sq. ft. of nice living space, swimming pool; its own beach and a large private setting this is a true trophy property which delivers a lot for the vacationing family. The sand in front of villa is sugar white! The water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action. You can snorkel right in front of the property and see coral, fish and sea turtles. We do require our own completed liability wavier /contract before sending the check in email. We will be collecting an email address and IDs from the guest in order to sign the rental agreement. This information is necessary to verify identities and minimum age requirement and protects both guests and Hosts, ensuring a safe and secure rental experience. Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows Electricity and water is metered and will be billed after using $1000 allowance. CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot.
