Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, except for one locked utility closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note ⚠️ Important House Rules & Community Policies 🎟️ Wristband Fee • A one-time administrative fee of $12 per person is required for ID wristbands. • This fee is not included in the reservation price and must be paid upon confirmation and full payment of the reservation. • All guests, regardless of age, must wear their wristband at all times and follow pool and community rules. • Wristbands are issued at check-in. • This is a non-refundable administrative fee set by the complex, not the host. • Lost wristbands are not the host’s responsibility and must be replaced at the guest’s expense. • If a wristband breaks or comes off, do not discard it. ⸻ 👥 Registered Guests Only • Guests must provide the first and last names of all individuals in their party upon reservation confirmation. • Only registered guests listed on the Airbnb reservation may enter the complex. • No visitors, family members, friends, colleagues, or associates are permitted at any time. • This policy is strictly enforced by complex administration and security. ⸻ 🔑 Keys • Each key set is limited and may not be replaced immediately. • If all key sets are lost, re-entry may not be possible for up to 24 hours. • A $100 replacement fee per lost key set applies. • You are provided with: • 1 key set in the lockbox (unit key) • 1 key set inside the unit (unit key + beach gate key) • Please confirm both sets are present upon arrival. ⸻ 🚭 No Smoking Policy • NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, including on the balcony. • A $100 fee will be charged if the unit smells of smoke of any kind. ⸻ 🧴 Supplies & Amenities • This is a condo complex, not a hotel or resort. Toiletries are not provided. • We provide: • 1 garbage bag per night • Initial roll of bath tissue per bathroom • Initial roll of paper towels • 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest ⸻ 💦 Pool & Water Features • Water slide, dumping buckets, and fountains operate Saturdays and Sundays only.
